چکیده

In this paper, we present a process for bringing the organizational training department of a software development organization closer to the development projects. We envision an organizational training department that can proactively help the development projects in reducing their defect rate. To achieve this goal we take advantage of the available data at CMMI maturity level 3 organizations. We show that by taking advantage of an established defect database system, the training department can costeffectively implement an evaluation process that gives results at the Kirkpatrick’s “Results” level.
